These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Elevatus Service LLC website and its online booking, service-request, estimate, communication, and related features.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. WEBSITE PURPOSE
The Elevatus website allows customers to learn about our business, submit vehicle information, request automotive services, communicate with Elevatus, and access other available features.
Information displayed on the website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a final diagnosis, repair estimate, or guarantee that a particular service is available.
2. SERVICE REQUESTS, APPOINTMENTS, AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Customers may submit booking requests or service requests through the Elevatus website.
BY SUBMITTING A BOOKING REQUEST OR SERVICE REQUEST, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO THE ELEVATUS SERVICE LLC CANCELLATION POLICY.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee appointment availability or require Elevatus to accept the requested appointment.
An appointment becomes confirmed when Elevatus sends confirmation by text message, email, telephone, or another reasonable method.
Once an appointment has been confirmed, the Elevatus Cancellation Policy applies.
Customers may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment without charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment or vehicle pickup time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment, failure to make the vehicle reasonably available for a scheduled pickup, or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time may be treated as a late cancellation and may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
For appointments booked less than 24 hours in advance, customers should contact Elevatus as soon as possible if their plans change. Elevatus may waive the cancellation fee when reasonable notice is provided and the appointment can be rescheduled.
Elevatus will not charge a cancellation fee when Elevatus cancels the appointment.
Elevatus may waive a cancellation fee because of emergencies, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other reasonable circumstances at its discretion.

3. VEHICLE INFORMATION
You may be asked to provide a license plate number, VIN, mileage, vehicle description, or other vehicle information.
You authorize Elevatus to use this information to identify the vehicle, retrieve vehicle specifications or related information, determine potential service requirements, prepare estimates, and provide requested services.
Vehicle information obtained electronically may contain errors. The actual vehicle and applicable manufacturer information control where there is a discrepancy.
4. PRICING AND ESTIMATES
Website prices, service descriptions, and preliminary pricing are not necessarily final repair estimates.
Actual pricing may vary depending on the specific vehicle, parts required, vehicle condition, diagnostic findings, taxes, and other factors.
Any repair authorization and written estimate will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Elevatus’s Terms of Service.
5. CUSTOMER INFORMATION
You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You may not intentionally provide false vehicle, contact, payment, or appointment information or use another person’s information without authorization.
6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you submit a service request, you authorize Elevatus to contact you regarding that request by appropriate methods, which may include telephone, email, and text messaging.
Text messaging is subject to the communication provisions contained in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Message and data rates may apply.
7. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.
8. ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use the website to:
- Violate applicable law;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems;
- Introduce malware or malicious code;
- Interfere with website operation;
- Submit fraudulent service requests;
- Impersonate another person;
- Collect information about other users without authorization; or
- Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with the website.

12. NO ONLINE DIAGNOSTIC GUARANTEE
Information submitted through the website cannot substitute for inspection or diagnosis of the actual vehicle.
Elevatus does not guarantee that a vehicle problem can be accurately diagnosed solely from symptoms, photographs, codes, descriptions, or information submitted online.
13. DISCLAIMER

To the extent permitted by law, Elevatus makes no warranty that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.
Nothing in these Terms limits warranties, rights, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevatus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting solely from use or inability to use the website.
This limitation does not affect liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
