ELEVATUS SERVICE LLC — TERMS OF SERVICE
Last Updated: August 22, 2026

These Terms of Service govern automotive repair, maintenance, diagnostic, pickup, delivery, and related services provided by Elevatus Service LLC (“Elevatus,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By requesting services from Elevatus, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. CUSTOMER AUTHORITY

You represent that you are the owner of the vehicle submitted for service or are authorized by the vehicle owner to request and approve services for the vehicle.

You agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and service-request information.

2. SERVICE REQUESTS AND APPOINTMENTS

Submitting a service request through our website, by phone, text message, email, or another method does not guarantee appointment availability or constitute final acceptance of the requested work.

Elevatus may contact you to confirm the requested service, appointment timing, vehicle location, pickup or delivery arrangements, and other details.

3. ESTIMATES AND REPAIR AUTHORIZATION

Elevatus will only perform repairs or services that have been authorized by the customer.

Where required by Minnesota law, customers may request a written estimate before repairs begin.

If Elevatus provides a written estimate, the final repair price will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law without further customer authorization.

If additional repairs are recommended after work begins, Elevatus will obtain authorization before performing unauthorized additional work.

Approval may be provided electronically, including through our website, email, text message, electronic estimate system, or another documented communication method.

4. DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES

Diagnosis may require inspection, testing, disassembly, road testing, or other diagnostic procedures.

Diagnostic time may be charged separately from the cost of repairs. Any applicable diagnostic or inspection charge will be disclosed before the charge is incurred when required by law.

Payment for diagnostic services may be required even if the customer declines the recommended repair.

5. PARTS

Elevatus may use new, original-equipment, aftermarket, remanufactured, rebuilt, or used parts when appropriate and when disclosed as required by applicable law.

Parts availability may affect estimated completion dates.

Any warranty covering parts or labor will be stated on the applicable invoice, estimate, or other service documentation. Manufacturer warranties may be subject to the manufacturer’s own terms.

6. VEHICLE PICKUP AND DELIVERY

When pickup or delivery service is requested, you authorize Elevatus and its employees, contractors, or authorized service providers to enter, start, move, operate, transport, and park the vehicle as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

You authorize reasonable operation of the vehicle for:
- Pickup and delivery;
- Movement to and from the repair facility;
- Diagnostic testing;
- Road testing;
- Verification of completed repairs; and
- Other purposes reasonably necessary to perform the authorized service.

Pickup and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, repair delays, parts availability, or other circumstances.

7. MOBILE SERVICE

For services performed at the customer’s location, you agree to provide a safe, lawful, and reasonably accessible location for the work.

Elevatus may decline or discontinue mobile work if the location, weather, vehicle condition, or other circumstances make the work unsafe or impractical.

Certain repairs may require the vehicle to be transported to our repair facility.

8. VEHICLE CONDITION AND PERSONAL PROPERTY

You should remove money, valuables, firearms, sensitive documents, and other personal property from the vehicle before service.

Elevatus is not responsible for undisclosed personal property left inside a vehicle except to the extent required by applicable law.

Elevatus may document the vehicle’s mileage and existing exterior or interior condition using photographs, video, written notes, or other records for service and condition-documentation purposes.

Such photographs will not be used for advertising or promotional purposes in a manner that identifies you without separate permission.

9. CUSTOMER DISCLOSURES

You agree to inform Elevatus of known conditions that may affect safe operation or servicing of the vehicle, including significant mechanical problems, fluid leaks, electrical problems, damaged components, aftermarket modifications, wheel-lock keys, security systems, or other unusual conditions.

10. COMPLETION TIMES

Any completion date or time provided by Elevatus is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Repairs may be delayed because of parts availability, additional diagnostic needs, supplier delays, weather, transportation issues, previously undiscovered vehicle conditions, or circumstances outside Elevatus’s reasonable control.

11. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the terms shown on the applicable estimate or invoice.

Applicable taxes, diagnostic fees, service charges, pickup or delivery charges, and other authorized charges may be added to the repair total.

The vehicle may be retained until amounts properly due for authorized services are paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. STORAGE

If Elevatus charges vehicle storage fees, the amount of the fee, when the fee begins, and the applicable terms will be disclosed as required by Minnesota law.

13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND SERVICE TEXT MESSAGES

By providing a mobile telephone number in connection with a service request, you consent to receiving service-related calls and text messages from Elevatus concerning your requested services.

Service-related messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations;
- Scheduling communications;
- Pickup and delivery updates;
- Estimate notifications;
- Requests for repair authorization;
- Repair-status updates;
- Completion notices; and
- Payment or invoice information.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may reply STOP to a text message to request that text messages stop. You may also contact Elevatus using the contact information below to withdraw your consent to text messaging. Reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel an existing service appointment or repair authorization. We may use another reasonable method, such as telephone or email, when necessary to communicate about an active service request.

Consent to receive promotional or marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services from Elevatus.

14. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Promotional text messages, special offers, or other marketing communications will only be sent where permitted by law and subject to any consent separately obtained from you.

You may withdraw marketing consent at any time.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elevatus will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from delays, loss of vehicle use, unavailable parts, or circumstances outside Elevatus’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under Minnesota or federal law.

16. MINNESOTA CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any rights provided to customers under the Minnesota Truth in Repairs Act or other applicable consumer-protection laws.

17. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Elevatus may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Terms applicable to a specific repair transaction will be those in effect when the applicable service is requested, except where otherwise agreed.
